Join @kadipuglia and I at the shop this Friday night in observance of International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women! Karla approached me weeks ago with this incredible idea that I could tell came deep from her heart and she organized this wonderful event. Please come support or donate!

About Women will showcase handmade brooches - made with Dominican Larimar and Haitian Recycled beads. Funds will support “Mujeres Negras”  @mujeresnegrasrd – an initiative of Reconocido that is led by and for Dominican women of Haitian descent. Their workshops encourage self-esteem and craft and entrepreneurial skills. It will remain up throughout the weekend ❤️

Please come and enjoy some drinks and black & white cookies as we present Isabel Halley's newest body of ceramic work. It is going to be a black & white feast for your eyes and the best thing in black & white since panda bears.  Each piece is hand pinched, rolled, painted by the artist. This particular collection uses a technique Halley is presenting for the very first time.

Come hang as we welcome the shop’s new featured artist ✨ MYFAWNWY is the art and design studio of Maisie Broome. Her work explores the transformational effects of nature and pattern through the mediums of sculpture, printmaking, experimental textile, clothing and object design. Every item is made by hand in her Ridgewood, Queens studio. Maisie also hosts Wet Zazz! Thursday evening radio show highlighting badass, underrated women in music. I am full on fan-girling over here. So swing by Friday to see just a snippet of the life and color that oozes out of her studio. And maybe meet her newest studiomate and absolute sweetheart - Wanda the dog. It’s going to be a marbled extravaganza 🍭

Come laugh for free!

We're hosting a pop-up taproom/fundraiser/pre-launch/idk-just-buy-a-beer event! We'll have beers from Other Half, Finback, Industrial Arts and Talea. Buy a beer and you'll automatically be donating to Planned Parenthood whether you like it or not :)
