Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.)
It’s what’s inside that counts! We try to reuse packing materials from other shipments as much as we can. It may not be the prettiest, but it’s better for our planet and it saves us (and you!) money ;)
- Orders < $75: USPS (up to 3 business days) for small pkgs; UPS for larger pkgs (up to 5 business days): $9.00
- Orders > $75: USPS (up to 3 business days) for small pkgs; UPS for larger pkgs (up to 5 business days): FREE
Your super cool order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation. You'll receive an email with tracking once it's on it's way. We ship all domestic orders via USPS or UPS. Delivery estimates are provided by the mail carrier.
If you need something rushed or by a particular date, please email us at friends@lolo.nyc to make sure we can accommodate and adjust shipping charges accordingly.
Lolo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please make sure there is someone home to receive your delivery if you fear theft. If it's a surprise gift for someone, send them the tracking! Lolo is not responsible for any unexpected delivery delays due to, but not limited to: carrier issues, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance, or uncontrollable events. Unfortunately packages are out of our control once they are out of our hands and with the delivery service but we will do our best to help where we can.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to the failed delivery of non-deliverable, refused, or unclaimed orders.
International Shipping
- All Orders: USPS, DHL or UPS depending on location (up to 10 business days): $65 **many shipments are less than this and we will refund you any overages. Feel free to reach out to us beforehand for an estimate**
The customer (that's youuuuu) is responsible for all fees associated with their international shipment, such as taxes and custom's fees.

Returns & Exchanges
As we transition to closing the online shop, all sales are final
- If you receive your order damaged, please email us at friends@lolo.nyc within 2 days of receiving with photos and we will help sort it out for ya.
